4-6 Ice Cubes
½ C Plain Yogurt
1 C Whole Milk (can be almond, coconut, or regular dairy)
½ C Frozen Blueberries
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 scoop Grass Fed Whey Protein, or to taste

Mix all ingredients together in blender. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
