1/2 cup of butter (or coconut oil-optional)
2 tbsps. of coconut sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp. of vanilla
4 tbsp. cocoa
5-6 scoops of Grass Fed Chocolate Whey Protein
3 1/2 cups of oatmeal (may vary)
1/2 cup peanut butter (optional)
Add the butter, coconut sugar and milk in a saucepan. Once the butter is fully melted with the milk and sugar, add the cocoa and protein powder. Bring to a rolling boil, and boil for one minute. Stir in the vanilla. Take off heat and add in the oatmeal until fully mixed. Put the mixture in a cake pan and let cool. Cut and enjoy!
Like any recipe, the amount of oatmeal may vary by thickness of the mixture.
